I thank the people of Puerto Rico for all of the kindness they have given me and for
giving me my life as it is for me today.  Without the kindness of the people of Puerto
Rico I believe I would not have survived through my experiences.  I definitely would not
have returned to the island if I hadn’t seen through to the hearts of the people I met on
my first visit.  I continue to enjoy my time with the people of the island and the sweet
spirit they radiate when make my way back.   I love Puerto Rico and the people of
Puerto Rico even more especially.

Te amo Borinquen!

Preface
Definitivamente no
Me encanta Puerto

names are important to the story
.

Thanks to the friends who have helped me through this book and read parts of it
offering me feedback.  Thanks to my parents and family for having to have gone
through this with me too & were there to help when I needed.
